Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AiDoc document generation software ("Software") provided by Omirel Technologies LLP ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), the user ("you", "your", or "User") agrees to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Software.

2. Use of Technology

Our Software uses proprietary technology as well as various third-party services and APIs including but not limited to:

• Various Google services for AI processing, authentication, and data storage
• Cloud-based authentication and database services
• Third-party AI and machine learning APIs for content transformation
• Document processing and generation libraries

By using our Software, you agree to be bound not only by our Terms, but also by the Terms of Service and Privacy Policies of all integrated third-party service providers, including Google's terms and policies which are applicable to the various Google services we utilize. You acknowledge and agree that Omirel Technologies LLP is not responsible for any data processing, content generation, or outcomes arising from third-party technologies used within the Software.

3. User Responsibility and Content Liability

3.1 User-Supplied Content

All content, including but not limited to text, documents, notes, and other materials, uploaded or input into the Software by the User remains the sole responsibility of the User.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own the rights to or have permission to use all materials submitted
• The content does not violate any copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party
• The content does not contain any defamatory, hate speech, or illegal material
• You will not submit confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information unless you accept full responsibility

3.2 Generated or Processed Outputs

Omirel Technologies LLP does not monitor, control, review, or endorse any content processed, generated, or output by the Software. You are solely responsible for all outputs created through your use of the Software.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Omirel Technologies LLP from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• The use of copyrighted or unauthorized materials
• Any offensive, defamatory, misleading, or illegal content generated or distributed using the Software
• Any misuse or violation of applicable laws or rights of third parties
• Any business decisions made based on AI-generated content

4. Usage Limits and Account Management

• Free accounts are limited to 5 document generations per day
• Usage limits reset daily at midnight UTC
• We reserve the right to modify usage limits at any time
• Account sharing or circumventing usage limits is prohibited
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Software:

• To create, process, or distribute content that is defamatory, misleading, hateful, or illegal
• To infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• For creating fake documents, misinformation, or fraudulent content
• To impersonate others or create misleading documentation
• To violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• To attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the Software
• To use automated systems to exceed usage limits

Any violation of this section may result in immediate termination of access and legal action where necessary.

6. Data and Privacy

• We use various Google services for secure data storage and user authentication
• Your content may be processed by third-party AI services for document generation
• We implement industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security
• You should not submit highly sensitive or confidential information
• We may retain usage analytics and system logs for service improvement

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Omirel Technologies LLP does not make any warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• Accuracy, reliability, or quality of the processed documents
• Availability, uptime, or uninterrupted access to the Software
• Compatibility with your devices, systems, or requirements
• The correctness or appropriateness of AI-generated content
• The Software meeting your specific business or personal needs

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Omirel Technologies LLP or its affiliates, partners, employees, or licensors be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, revenue, business opportunities, or goodwill
• Any damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content
• Any damages from unauthorized access or data breaches
• Business losses or decisions made based on Software outputs
• Any damages arising from third-party services or integrations

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the use of the Software shall not exceed INR 1,000 (One Thousand Indian Rupees) or the amount paid by the User for the service in the preceding 12 months, whichever is lower.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Omirel Technologies LLP and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Software; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit, post, or make available through the Software.

10. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Software after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Software immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Software will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Software shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pathanamthitta, Kerala, India. You hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Omirel Technologies LLP regarding the Software and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, whether written or oral.
